In early 2015, Stonewall decided to open up the conversation on bi equality. We know some of our work has had a positive impact on the lives of some bi people, but we also know we've made mistakes and that we need to work in a way that better supports bi people and communities.
Stonewall is committed to empowering bi role models, campaigning against biphobia, continuing to engage with bi activists and learning from the experiences of bi people. And we want to get it right. We're consulting bi campaigners, and will produce a report in late 2016 to evaluate our progress and set out our long-term strategy.
"There's still a lot of confusion about bisexuality and we need to change that. I want to move the conversation forward so more people are able to proudly and openly bi."
