Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Please be advised that UK express delivery costs will unfortunately be increasing from 1st April 2024, due to cost increases by DPD.

We will do our best to get your order despatched the working day after receiving it. After that, shipping times can vary but should usually be as follows:

United Kingdom 3-4 working days (standard, untracked)
1 working day (express, tracked)
Europe Up to 4 weeks (tracked)
Rest of World Up to 6 weeks (tracked)


Please remember that these shipping times are estimates and are based on the Royal Mail's guidance. If you still haven't received your order after 2 weeks (in the UK), after 4 weeks (in Europe), or 6 weeks (Rest of World), please get in touch and we'll see if we can work out what might have happened.

International customers should be advised that your package may experience customs delays and import charges. These are unfortunately outside of our control.

Please also be advised that all international parcels are now being sent via a tracked service, due to parcels otherwise becoming lost within the international postal system.

If you need your order to arrive urgently, get in touch and let us know and we'll try our best to make it happen.

 

Returns

You got your order, but you've decided you'd like to return it. No problem! All you need to do is send it back in new condition within 30 days of delivery (we ask that you cover the return postage).

When it arrives, we'll process it and then offer you the choice of a refund or replacement. If you'd like a refund, we'll send it through within 30 days of receipt, to whichever payment type you used on the order. Charitable donations made with an order can't be refunded.

To return your order:

  1. Package it up all snug and secure so it doesn't get damaged in transit.
  2. Email us to let us know why you're sending it back and to tell us whether you'd like something else or just a refund (it's useful if you can include a note with the package too).
  3. Send it to: Stonewall Returns, Red Box, Unit E3, Brooklands Close, Sunbury. TW16 7EB, Please include a copy of the Original Packing Slip.

 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

So you've received your order. Yay!

But it's damaged or defective. Boo!

Sorry about that! We want to get it sorted out right away so please return it as soon as possible and we'll make it right. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement, we'll get it processed within 30 days.

To return your item:

  2. Email us at to let us know why you're sending it back and to tell us whether you'd like something else or just a refund (it's useful if you can include a note with the package too).
